Picspam: Cook/Effy (Skins season 3)

My very first picspam :) A Skins season 3 picspam of Cook and Effy (and some Kaya and Jack). Enjoy!
Please no hotlinking. NOT dial-up friendly.






The Skins openings are always gorgeous and I absolutely loved the new twist on thew new one. SO many gorgeous Cook/Effy moments!!!


I can't even remember how many times I've seen this episode. I think I watched it every day for week straight. This is when it all started... our very first Cook & Effy moment.

Effy: Sweet. [walks away]
JJ: Dad says some thing are best to left to the imagination. But that's not right,is it?
Cook: You dad's a stupid tosser, JJ.
JJ: Yes. Do you think she's going where we're going?
Cook: She is now.

This was a great scene because Freddie was there but they were still all over eachother hahah

I liked how she smiled when she looked over at Cook... and then kind of just walked off. It shows that she cares about what Cook is doing.




Cook: Effy doesn't want me anymore. Do you, princess?
Effy: No.

Heartbreaking. Poor Cookie.

Cook: Where are we?
Effy: I thought you were the man with the plan.
Cook: I am. I am. I am.
Effy: It's been weeks Cook. One small shitty town after another.
Cook: Oh Eff, it's not about the destination. It's about the journey. '09 Boonie and Clyde. Outlaw tour of Britain.
Effy: I'm serious Cook. Where are we going?
Cook: We're here. This is it.



Cook: But I want you to meet him. I brought you here to meet him.
Effy: I will. But I think you need to meet him first. Don't be a pussy.

She really does care about him. She wants him to meet his father and be happy. I love the way she whispers "Be careful" when he falls on the steps!!!

How could you not love Cook after this?

Freddie: So.. what we do now?

In the end she chose Freddie which completely can't understand. But Freddie asked for Cook's permission and Cook said no because he still really loves her. I feel like Effy and Freddie have no chemistry, no way near the way Effy and Cook does. Please Effy, forget about Freddie and be happy with Cook!!

Jack/Kaya
Apparently they are (or at least have been) dating in real life whick rocks! Most of the pictures from skinsfans.

Awww, they're just so cute together. And I completely agree: Cook/Effy >>>>>>> Freddie/Effy. Although, it doesn't help that Freddie is as much a chemistry sponge as he is a fun sponge.

Aw lovely picspam!! I completely agree, the Cook/Effy chemistry is so far above the Freddie/Effy chem. And I love how happy & adorable C/E can be together, while at the same time still be fun & sexy. And I love how well they understand each other. I hope Effy realizes it soon. And I'm glad that Cook is not giving up. :D

Love the Jack/Kaya too! <3 This couple is so perfect together both on and off screen.

Excellent picspam!

Cook and Effy definitely grew on me as series 3 progressed. Their relationship totally makes sense to me and I believe they genuinely like each other and have fun together. I can't wait to see what happens to them in season 4 and I'm glad Cook's not giving up.

You're right Effy/Freddie have no chemistry IMO. Or Basis for a relationship, I don't get how they're 'in love' with each other. Have they ever had a real conversation or spent any decent length of time alone together? I'm totally baffled by the way their "relationship" was written in season 3.

so cute. basically agree with everything that's been said. i'm not a big fan of cook but when he's with effy, he's so much more likeable

I JUST finished watching the third series and am so glad to find all the best moments of Cook/Effy in this perfect little picspam! You did a great job! And I'm mildly freaking out that they're dating in real life eeek!

Oh, god, THANK you for this! Cook/Effy pwns, imo; of course, I think Cook just pwns in general so I may be a little biased. Anyway. I definitely think s4 will be the time for Effy/Cook -- now that F/E are together they're going to realise that they really have nothing in common except being really, really pretty. Hopefully.

Great picspam and great commentary! And yes, Jackaya are so cute, aren't they? ♥

I still like freddie and effy but,

I do adore jack and kaya together in real life. ;)
